Tevan has been a super husband but he has been even more amazing in the last few months. Today is just an example of how lucky I am. He went to work and was on his feet all day making swing arms for the steering stabilizer. He got off a little early and skipped his lunch so he could take me to the Dr appointment. He took care of the girls there and brought them in so everyone could hear the heart beat for the last check-up
Then he took us to Toys R Us. He looked at the baby stuff with me again. He had sword fights with the girls. He found the old school GI Joe guys that he used to play with that they re- released for the 25th anniversary. Basically he took and chased around the girls while I went at my slow 38 pregnant speed.
After Toys-R-Us he asked me what I wanted for dinner. We went to Chevy's and got fajitas. Yummy. I love their salsa and chips. He took care of Brooke who was luckily really good for not having a nap.
Then we went to a park. He helped the girls on the monkey bars, chased them around, and took them on a walk, all while I sat in the car and made a shopping list for the next month.
Finally we went to Winco. It seemed like he was the only guy there doing bulk shopping with his wife. He pushed the heavy cart and ran and got all of the food. We are trying to go to Winco once a month right now and we are buying all of the things besides produce and meat for our meals. I write out a menu for the month and then base the shopping list off of what we have and need. My favorite thing is that we buy him his lunch of yogurt and granola bars for the whole month. He put all of the groceries on the conveyor belt, bagged the groceries, put them in the car, brought them into the house, and put them all away.
When we got home he read about the 3 Nephites for scripture and prayer time. Addie was asking about them. Now he is telling her a story that has lasted 20 minutes so far.
Guess what? I am exhausted after only walking behind him all night while he did all of the work. I just know I am a lucky girl!

Wow, that is one good husband! You are a lucky girl. It's nice to have husbands that are willing to help and you don't have to ask. :)
