Today I joined a lot of people at the state capital to rally for Prop 8. This proposition will amend the constitution to state that only a man and a woman can be married. There were so many people there that I did not see anyone that I knew was there like my Grandma and some old friends.
I believe it is important to stand up for my God, my religion, my freedom, and peace, for families and my children. I believe that what is right is not always popular and what is popular is not always right. I know that passing prop 8 is the right thing to do.

Way to represent our values! I think that one of the most valuable things we can do is protect the right to establish families with sound values. I love everyone and people can have different beliefs and I value their right to exercise their rights as well. But I do believe we must take a stand to establish what we believe will protect the institution of marriage and it's important role in society.
