King Buggers

Brooke just asked me if we can go to King Buggers (AKA Burger King) so she can go and get a doll. My kids are not that into fast food. They think of McDonald's as the place that serves ice cream and Burger King as the place that gives out dolls. She has about a dollar in change in her little purse and she insist that she has money to buy the doll. My Grandma treated them to a a happy meal the other day and I don't think they knew what to expect. They liked the soda and the doll! I guess I should have warned my Grandma, they did the same thing to me a year ago when I took them there last for a happy meal.

Brookes 4th birthday is coming up soon. She is a crack up. Yesterday she took a long nap during the day and when it came around to go to bed she was just not tired. She was not tired when Tevan and I went to bed and started to cry. So I went in her room and cuddled with her. I wish I was awake enough to remember all of her questions she had for me. She kept throwing questions at me so I would stay.

We are working on breaking her from her sucking on her fingers habit. My mom had some nasty nail polish to break kids of such habit's. It works! She is no longer sucking on her fingers!
