A few weeks ago we got to go to a bugfest at Oak Grove Park in Stockton. The highligt was learning about carniverous plants and disecting them. I guess they have pollen around the rim which attract the bug and they come and eat itand they are lured to a the sweetest part where they loose their footing and slide down the tube. It is too slippery for them to get out and the plant is able to take away some of the nutrients from te bug that was caught. It was amazing to hear about some of the plants and how much they are able to do with out a brain. I am amazed at Heavenly Fathers creations.
