Today I got chastised by Addie. Yesterday the Dr's moved Brooke's ear appointment up for 20 minutes after Addie's school started. Mind you I live in the country and it takes about 30 minutes to realistically get there. So I dropped off Addie and did not wait for her to go into her class room. I did leave her with her teacher. I did not wait the extra 5 minutes it takes for her to go into her classroom. So today Addie said "Mommy, can you wait for us to blow kisses at our parents today? We always do it before we go into our class." Then she preceded to ask why I did not do it yesterday. I am lucky to have a sweet little girl who wants to blow kisses at me.
Today I waited only to see that they had a substitute pick them up. She did not have the kids blow kisses. Addie blew them at me anyways!
Also, today she forgot her backpack at home. She begged me to go home and get it. Luckily, we had a target bag and some saltine crackers in my diaper bag for snack. I hope she will forgive me.
