It must have been manic Wednesday....

On Wednesday I was going to go and take Brooke to the Dr to have her checked for a urinary tract infection at 11:30, pick up my sister Cindy from school at 1:00 and then meet my side of the family at Down Town Sacramento afterwards....

Well it did not quite happen that way. I got to the Dr's on time. She would not pee in the cup for me. So we decided to pump her full of apple juice and talk to the Dr. He decided to do check her ears and her lungs, while we were waiting for her to decided to go the the bathroom, just because he could I guess. He looked at me and told me I had to go and get an X-ray of her chest. I thought great I need to leave to pick up my sister in about 30-40 minutes. I still think I can do it. WRONG...

While we were waiting the X-Ray machine malfunctioned and they came out and asked us to be patient. Well finally they called us up after waiting for an hour and I thought oh I will be a little bit late ( I was in contact with Cindy via a cell phone so she knew that I was not a complete flake) and I went up stairs and soon noticed that no one was being called because all of the Dr's were at lunch still. When we finally got called back in she was diagnosed with Phenomena. I had no idea. She has had a cough and a runny nose, but she has been running around and has been playing. There were no warning signs what so ever to indicate that she was sick. So I got her prescription and was really really late meeting with my family. Luckily, my parents were able to pick up Cindy. Also, since Brooke likes skeletons so much they printed up her chest X-ray for her. Also on the lucky note is that she does not need to be hospitalized right now since she is doing so well.
