Galt Tractor Show

Today was a wonderful day! I got to listen to General Conference in the morning which is one of the two times a year that we get to listen to the Prophet and Apostles of the church give a message to the world. I always find ways to improve myself when I listen to their message. Today was no different. I find ways to be more patient with my kids and husband and want to help those around me more. To find more time to study the scriptures and not to be so worried in rough times.

Well after I watched the first session we went to the Galt Tractor Show at the Mc Farland Ranch where my Grandpa was showing off one of his tractors. The kids got to play on it and then we got to tour the Mc Farland Ranch house that has been under renovation all of the time we have lived in the area. It is a very nice house. We also got to see a tractor parade and look at small engines do all sorts of things. All in all very fun.

What was even more fun was kidnapping my Grandma and taking her out to lunch. We went to In and Out and then we went to Target. The kids had fun trying to scare her and she had fun pretending to be scared. I am glad to have fun opportunities to see my Grandma's and I am very glad my kids have a chance to know their Grandparents.
